It has to be New York City. When Heidi & Anton decided to get married, it was a very quick and clear decision where to do this: City Clerk in Manhattan.
After the Elopement we met at Central Park to catch the last autumn days with the amazing discolored leaves.
We had a bit of rain – but that should be a lucky sign for the newlyweds. Rain also means that the places and streets will be empty – that’s perfect in Central Park when it is normally so crowded. As photographer you are so happy for that –
After a stop in Grand Central Terminal we headed to Brooklyn Bridge for a very special picture. It was already dark outside and so we could play around with a lot of flashes. The combination of a couple being patient and using all the flashes, lighted up the scenery in a very special way. The results are very unique photos – I love it that way.
